Reservation Policy
*A credit card number or a cash deposit of $200.00 is required to confirm a reservation.
*Requested date will be confirmed by phone or e-mail. ( Note: All dates are by availability.)
*Payments accepted in cash, personal check, or credit card.
*No charges will be debited against your credit card prior to a scheduled trip. (Note: You will receive an imprint receipt for charges at the completion of trip.)
*Cancellations within 72 hours of your scheduled date will be charged a fee of $200 .00. No shows will be assessed $300.00. (Note: This is the only condition that charges are levied.)
*Cancellations due to inclement weather or other reason are the "Captain's Call" and no cancellation fees are applicable.
*All charters are private. Only by request, we mix groups or individuals to make up a trip. We are limited by law to six persons per boat trip.

Sharing a Trip Policy
Very often we receive request by smaller parties or individuals to share a trip. If you are interested in sharing a trip with another party below are the instructions on how it works.
1. Call or e-mail us expressing your interest in sharing a trip.
2. We will post a notice on our internet bulletin board with the available date(s), we won't use names.
3. We will notify (phone or e-mail) you if we receive any request to share the trip. Responses can be posted online also.
4. If a match is likely, phone numbers will be exchanged so details can be worked out.
5. If the detail are worked out, we will book the trip per our normal procedures.
6. Payments can be made via credit card, check or cash.
7. Each party is responsible for their share of the fees.
8. Remember the mate's tip.
